An event planner has to take many different things into consideration in order to make sure that each event goes off without a hitch. One of the most important things to take into consideration is what type of people are going to be attending the event. This determines everything from the decor of the event to the type of security that you would need.

Imagine that you were planning an upscale party for lawyers and doctors at a big mansion in the hills and at the same time you were planning a hip hop block party to be held on the streets of a busy urban area. You would clearly have different decor and different levels of security.
