Do Not Be Cheap

I once read a blog about making your own hot tub and let me tell you it is a complete waste of time! It was one of the biggest disasters I had ever managed to cause in my own backyard. My girlfriend had been wanting a hot tub to be installed in the back of the new house we just bought together. Being the stingy type that I am, I read some articles online about how to create your own. They basically tell you to look for broken portable spas that kind of resemble a giant paddling pool. You can find the broken ones for an absolute steal however I still recommend avoiding the DIY route! When trying to hook up the lead to create the bubbles, the fuse shorted out constantly making both my girlfriend and I actually nervous when we got into the water! After two weeks of trying to put the whole thing safely together, I decided to forget the whole thing. I simply Googled hot tubs for sale and found plenty of discount hot tub dealers in my town.
It wasn’t super cheap, I’m not going to lie, but being able to sit back and have someone else install the tub and then relax in it without worrying for my life was priceless! Not to mention my girlfriend is pretty happy with me for not taking the non-stingy way out! Now we have a gorgeous spa in the backyard to add make our home complete. My advice to guys, don’t be cheap! Do it the right way!
